How to make volunteer roles appealing?

Description: Hi, I am struggling to create some 'jobs' that volunteers can do in my organisation. I'm not sure how to make the roles interesting and motivating enough for volunteers to feel excited by the potential role. Especially since some of the tasks (but not all) they would be doing are not particularly exciting (admin, filing etc). I could use some advice/training on this issue.
