How to go through the hard times and come out the other side

This suggestion has been created. It is available from here.

Description: I know this sounds a bit vague but I guess I could use some sort of high-level direction on how to steer my charity (I'm the CEO) through this challenging economic period. I'm doing a lot of fire-fighting at the moment, just trying to keep our head above surface, making sure we have money to provide our services from one month to the next. I hardly have any time to look at the big picture and think what am I missing and where could I improve things very simply? Are we still doing what we're meant to be doing? How can I help my team better and take them out of the panic zone? I know there are no quick fixes but even some helpful questions that I could ask myself and my team would help. Thanks.
