About Kirsten

Kirsten’s first two jobs in the sector were with the British Horse Society and a local disability charity in Surrey. When she first applied for a position in the sector she was after an admin job but was offered a fundraising role instead. She never looked back. For the past two years Kirsten has been working at Mencap and she is now the organisation's head of donor development.
