How to make best use of information and communication technology in your organisation.

by WEditor last modified Jul 13, 2010 09:42 AM

Using technology is a part of our everyday lives. From computers in the office, to the internet, databases, customer relations programmes and systems to manage operations, it is hard to function without ICT.

Information and communication technology is a tool that can be used as part of your strategy to improve organisational effectiveness. Technology can transform not just your internal efficiency, but also enable you to raise your profile, provide streamlined access for beneficiaries and supporters, and reach out to new communities.

The nonprofit sector is pioneering diverse new approaches to using ICT to improve beneficiary involvement; if you have approaches or stories about your use of ICT why not share them here?
