Ron is a Trustee at the Mill Cat Trust. He's recently taken early retirement from the local authority and is finding the lack of a daily structure quite a difficult adjustment. His wife is also finding Ron being around the house during the day irritating!

Ron is seen as a bit of a 'grandee' on the Board because of his long involvement. He's well liked but does go on a bit about the past.

The newer trustees know him for saying “oh we tried that in the 90s – it's waste of money/time…” but he also contributes a lot when more practical issues are discussed. He likes the 'operational' side of any discussion at Board meetings.

One of Ron's fellow trustees is Maureen (who is a friend of his wife). The Chair of the Board of Trustees is Jan.
