About Sunita

Sunita was promoted into her role of Services Manager at Age Aid just before Joan was appointed as Chief Executive in October 2008. She is Joan's deputy. This is her first senior management role. 

Sunita is competent but lacks confidence. She is nervous of Joan who often seems impatient with her. She was so pleased to be promoted but found that this meant managing a lot more people, something that she doesn’t always find easy.
