A series of podcasts produced with Society Guardian. Leading sector figures discuss the tough issues in these challenging times.
In February this year Society Guardian and KnowHow NonProfit embarked on an exciting audio journey, exploring the issues affecting the voluntary sector in these uncertain economic times. Together we have tackled topics such as the Big Society, the future of infrastructure organisations and the general election. Here are the highlights so far:
In this podcast you will hear leading sector figures discussing past, present and future challenges facing civil society. Chaired by the Guardian’s David Brindle, prominent panel members include Stuart Etherington, Dame Mary Marsh and Professor Paul Palmer.
This podcast is essential listening for shaping your charity's plans for 2010 and beyond.

Big Society, the government’s flagship policy, is here. It promises to empower communities creating an army of volunteers and changing the way our public services are delivered forever. But what will it mean for UK charities and social enterprises? Much has been promised but what will it take to make it a reality?
MPs and sector leaders give us an exclusive insight into Big Society.

In this podcast we examine how the cuts and the current economic climate are affecting our infrastructure and umbrella groups. What are groups like NAVCA, NCVO and ACEVO doing to support their members and what's the feeling amongst local infrastructure organisations?
We also consider coalition working and how charities can make the most out of strong partnerships.

The Scout Association shares some great tips for navigating the political landscape in times of change and the best ways of achieving success in political campaigns.
