Dear Friend of KnowHow,

‘Charity Talks’ are cutting edge interactive sessions presented by thought leaders in the non profit sector. Developed by the Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness, they have covered many topics in the past: mergers, major donor fundraising, direct marketing, servant leadership.

Now you can watch the action online, starting with the most recent Charity Talk: ‘The when, why and how of a re-launch’.

When, Why and How of a Re-launch

In these tough times communicating the impact of your organisation’s work is vital to survival. If your brand’s not helping you get your message across, you may have to rethink it.

This video reveals how Dame Clare Tickell, Chief Executive of Action for Children, successfully guided the rebrand National Children’s Home. She shares the lessons learned along the way, tips for getting a rebrand right, and the benefits the re-launch has brought to Action for Children.

In the second part of the video, Caroline Diehl, Chief Executive of Media Trust, explores the basic principles of a successful brand and how to get a rebrand right – whether your organisation is small or large.
