What you’ll be doing
- Work with the KnowHow team to update and create content for our website.
- Help with the web marketing of our content and services.
- Work with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Prezi, Camtasia.
- Monitor and analyse traffic on the website.
- Write transcripts for audio and video content.
What you’ll get out of it
- Obtain hands-on experience of writing for the web.
- Learn to use new digital tools.
- Help hundreds of charities do their work better.
- Work side by side with a fun, innovative KnowHow team.
- Have an even better CV to show off at the end of your volunteering period.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- has an interest in the charity sector and in helping charities do their work better
- has a good knowledge and understanding of the web and how it works
- is outgoing, hard-working and full of initiative
- has good levels of attention to detail
- has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- can work under tight deadlines with great attention to detail
- is able to pick up new technologies quickly.

Location and time
We are really flexible in terms of your time comittment - whether you want to work for a couple of hours or all day, one day a week or five days a week. Ideally, we would need you for three months.
We're based in London, between Moorgate, Old Street and Liverpool Street stations.
