I work for the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) with the Employment Practice team. We provide a number of free HR resources - including training events, policies, job descriptions and how-to guides.

I'd be very interested to hear the areas in which BME groups feel they especially need employment practice support. What are the biggest workforce issues facing you currently?
